What Makes a Health Coach Unique?
Healthcare professionals such as physicians, dietitians, nutritionist, and others serve crucial functions but may not have the time or intent to discuss other factors that prevent clients from carrying out their well-intentioned recommendations.
Relationships, exercise, career, and spirituality are just as important to your health as the food you eat. Health Coach looks at all the different areas of your life to help you to connect the dots and takes a holistic approach to supporting the whole person.
As Your Health Coach, I will take my time to get to know you. I will look beyond the food, and I will coach you on how to implement small changes into your life that you are comfortable with and at your own pace.
My Goal is to be your supportive mentor and to guide you and keep you accountable in reaching your health and wellness goals.
By working with me. you will learn how to listen to your unique body's needs and to find the underlying cause of the problem so that you can become an expert in your own well being!
