My approach to coaching my clients is to take small and manageable steps that are doable for that particular person by meeting them where they are in their life at that given moment.

I am very supportive and you can expect more – not less from me when it comes to education and resources. I will share with you adequate resources and information to help you reach your goals and make good decisions for your health.

​I work with those people who are willing to make any necessary changes to help themselves. If you are married to your current lifestyle and are constantly looking for excuses, I am not the coach for you. I might recommend that you give up certain foods or habits while working with me. I believe if you came to me for help, you are ready and committed to making those changes. Doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results is just not realistic.

Who can benefit from working with a Health Coach?
The answer is everyone!

We are living a very fast pace lifestyle and we don’t know how to slow down.
We are exposed to harmful toxins every single day and we are not aware of it. Most of our food is highly processed. We are stressed more than ever and all of that creates a tremendous imbalance in our bodies.

No one can make decisions for you – not me, and not your doctor. You should educate yourself fully and communicate all desired changes to your physician. Getting well means making changes that may be uncomfortable for you at first.

Listen to your body and rely only on yourself to decide what is best for you. Take my recommendations as educational information only and not as a prescription. I am only an avenue for information and support. If you commit to yourself, instill good quality whole food changes, and healthy lifestyle habits, you WILL see results. NO doubt about it.

One of my favorites quotes of all times “Let the Food be Thy Medicine and Thy Medicine be the Food.” Every single person out there is different from another. We all have a different lifestyle, genes, different levels of toxic exposures, different food choices, and stress levels. Some food can be very suitable for one person while that same food can be poisonous to another. I will teach you to listen to what your body says and use your instincts as a guidance in improving your health. In order to get well and optimize your health, it is up to you to make your own decisions and listen to your instincts.
