I just want to thank you again for doing the 5-day cleanse at the beginning of the year. This was my 2nd time doing the cleanse since I did it last year as well and had fun learning new recipes and being reminded of what good nutrition is all about & why its so important. I lost 3 lbs during this cleanse & felt so light and great. I didn't realize I was bloated every day before because you just get used to it over the years. I invited my husband to join me in the challenge or otherwise he would have ended up cooking his own meals this week. He reluctantly joined in and to his surprise, he really enjoyed the program. We enjoyed it so much that we plan to incorporate many of the meals to our weekly meals plan. The plan was very well explained by Jurgita. Not only did she send a detailed guide with all we need to execute the 4 Days Eating Clean Challenge, but she also coached and motivated us through the entire process and stayed in touch with us by phone, email and Facebook answering any concerned or question we had.

4 Day Clean Eating Guide
We learned to make better choices when at the grocery store, to make weekly meal plans and most importantly we feel more energetic and, as added bonus, we lost a couple pounds. We plan to continue the clean eating and make lifestyle changes. Now we are ready for vacation! Thank you again Jurgita for your professionalism and knowledge of the program.
What foods will I be able to eat?
Whole and mostly plant-based foods, home-prepared easy recipes. If meat is an absolute must for you to have, then you are welcome to include some organic poultry, wild caught fish or grass-fed beef. There are no supplements, protein shakes or anything else will that will be required to purchase, except whole, real food!
What can I expect?
You can expect: more energy, clear mind, better sleep, feel calmer, drop a few pounds, improve your overall vitality and gain a more positive outlook on life.
You will also learn to listen to your body and observe what your body really needs. You might find that some foods are not working for you and on some foods, your body absolutely thrives.
