What can I expect from working with a Health Coach?
I will meet you exactly where you are in your life and we will work from there. Together we will explore concerns specific to you and will set the concerns specific to you and will set the Goals to accomplish it through a series of One-On-One sessions.
I will provide education, motivation, accountability, guidance, and ongoing support to help you to reach your health and wellness goals in a way that is flexible, fun, and without harsh restrictions. I will guide you through making sustainable lifestyle and eating habits designed for your individual needs.
I will teach you how to listen to your body to find the underlying cause of the problem and will guide you in becoming your healthiest you. I believe that power of whole foods and sustainable lifestyle adjustments is our road to a joyful LIFE!

If a client decides to take his/her health concerns farther after the initial 15 min consultation is conducted, he/she then will need to purchase a comprehensive HH session, before he/she signs up for any of my programs.
